Matt has over 18 years of experience in the energy space focusing specifically on the mining sector. Previously, Matt lead teams for Barloworld Equipment’s national accounts division, a Sub-Saharan Caterpillar Dealer, for the mining sector. During his career, Matt notably grew Aggreko’s newly formed global mining sector from a 2% to 17% global revenue stream within four years. He continued to grow that business 25% YOY. Matt has extensive knowledge across all facets of the energy sector, including thermal plants, solar PV, battery storage systems, and hybrid. Matt brings his mining expertise to CrossBoundary Energy as the Business Development Director, Mining, and is based in CrossBoundary’s Johannesburg office.
