Henry Carr

Henry Carr is Head of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at CrossBoundary Energy, where he leads regulatory strategy, licensing and government engagement across Africa to support the development of distributed energy projects for industry.

Prior to joining CBE, Henry worked for the UK Government on climate and energy policy, including co-authoring the UK’s first Green Finance Strategy and leading the Department for International Trade’s work on solar, storage, and electrical networks. He also worked in the policy and strategy teams at Tempus Energy, a disruptive UK electricity supplier.
