Alieu Bah

Alieu Bah is a NOC Engineer and Monitoring Analyst at CrossBoundary Energy, where he plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of distributed energy systems across Sierra Leone. Based in Freetown, Alieu supports CrossBoundary’s mission to deliver dependable, clean energy by providing real-time monitoring, system diagnostics, and proactive maintenance across key infrastructure.

Before joining CrossBoundary Energy, Alieu served as a Monitoring Analyst at Sagemcom, overseeing the power status of Orange Sierra Leone’s nationwide network. His experience managing complex power systems and coordinating with technical teams has equipped him with the skills to maintain high uptime and system resilience in dynamic environments.

Alieu holds a first-class Honors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. He brings a deep technical foundation and a passion for innovation in energy systems. Outside of work, he enjoys music, reading, movies, and football—pursuits that add balance and creativity to his approach.
