Henry is a member of the ESG team based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is an ESG & HSEC professional based in with over seven years of experience helping organizations embed environmental and social best practices into their operations. He holds a master’s degree in environmental management from the University of Lagos. Prior to joining Crossboundary Energy, he has worked across energy, manufacturing, financial services, and telecommunications, building systems that align business goals with sustainability commitments and regulatory standards.Henry led impactful projects such as environmental impact assessment, occupational health & safety audits, telecoms and renewable energy environmental management system planning and implementation, labour audits for recognized certification, livelihood restoration monitoring, social impact assessments for pipeline infrastructure, and industrial hygiene interventions. Henry excels in translating international performance frameworks into context-specific as well as other action-oriented solutions.
